Terms & Conditions:

  1. Estimate Validity
    All estimates are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change after this period.

  2. Deposit & Payment
    A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required to initiate work. Unless otherwise approved in writing by our office, all remaining balances are due upon project completion or delivery of goods to the customer.

  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellations made within three (3) business days of deposit payment are eligible for a full refund. After this period, deposits are non-refundable.

  4. Price Adjustments
    Prices may be adjusted if modifications beyond the original estimate are required. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in materials, design, or unforeseen site conditions.

  5. Utility Exclusions
    The quoted price does not include costs for moving or repairing underground utility lines (e.g., electrical, telephone, gas, water, sprinkler systems). All costs associated with such work are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. Engineering & Permitting
    Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary engineering and permits.

    • Upon receipt of the deposit, Phoenix Canopy & Shades LLC will begin work on engineering submittals and final design details for customer approval.

    • Once submitted to engineering, the process typically takes three (3) to six (6) weeks to prepare final engineered drawings for submission to the city for permitting.

    • If architectural designs require modification to meet engineering or municipal requirements, additional drawings may be necessary. Any associated costs or extended timelines will be the responsibility of the customer.

    • Phoenix Canopy & Shades LLC will not proceed with permitting or production until all necessary revisions are completed and approved by the relevant parties.

    • Permitting timelines are set by the local municipality and may vary based on jurisdiction and season. Phoenix Canopy & Shades LLC is not responsible for delays in city approval.

  7. Scheduling
    A confirmed production schedule will be provided upon receipt of the approved permit. Phoenix Canopy & Shades LLC is not responsible for procurement delays on out-of-stock or special-order products, as these timelines are set by the specific vendor.

  8. Late Payments
    A finance charge of 10% per month will be applied to any unpaid balances over thirty (30) days past due.
